This project demonstrates my planning and inventory management knowledge. It shows how a weekly input model can be presented to stakeholders on a monthly basis.

The model incorporates the full Sales and Operations Planning process. The weekly sales forecast, finished goods inventory status, and raw materials inventory status are taken as starting inputs. The output is an extended forecast of inventory status in a dashboard format. It shows how inventory levels relate to the standard min and max stock holding range. The engine of the model is a planning section that allows for appropriate volumes to be planned on a weekly basis.

A web-based tool that brings inventory planning out of the spreadsheet and onto the browser, so the team can capture and view stock information from any device.

It builds on the production planning logic from my Excel models, presenting inventory status and replenishment needs in a clean, accessible web interface.

A multi-page marketing website for Legacy Manufacturers Ltd, a Zambian food manufacturer. Built with Express and EJS templates using shared header and footer partials — the same structure that powers this portfolio.

Content is driven from data files as a single source of truth, and the site includes a working contact form, animated hero banners and an auto-scrolling product showcase.

Built with Node, Express and EJS templates on top of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The purpose of the website is to show the various projects I have worked on over time.

It also showcases my learning and problem-solving abilities, and uses shared header/footer partials so the layout stays consistent across every page.

The dashboard shows the sales revenue, quantities, profit and COGS in four different ways: by period, channel, country, and product. It also provides drilldown capabilities by category for greater insights into the data. Tooltips are included to show the sales manager performance for each metric.

Lastly, the report is equipped with a descriptive home page and a help section to guide new users and to refresh the memories of returning users. Excel is used as the data source for this report.

About this project

A large part of quality control involves records management. It is said in quality control circles that if there is no record, then there is no evidence of quality control. However, manual paperwork in data capturing can be cumbersome — physical records are difficult to manage and can easily be lost.

This app fixes that problem. Data is captured electronically using a phone/tablet and is stored on a SharePoint list. It is easily accessible for future tracing and data analysis.

A Power Apps solution that digitises GK Millers' production operations, letting the team capture production activity directly from the shop floor on a phone or tablet.

It replaces manual production paperwork with structured, electronic records stored on SharePoint, making the data easy to trace, report on and analyse.

A fuel approval system that includes a full cycle, ranging from requesters raising fuel requests using a Microsoft PowerApps UI to authorisers approving via Outlook email.

Power Automate handles the flow of the request from the requester to the authorisers, including archiving of historical data to an SQL database. SharePoint Lists serve as the database for short-term data storage.

The tracker was built to have a simple yet complete end-to-end cycle of butchery operations. It has a data entry section for expenses and sales, implemented using VBA forms to improve the ease of data entry.

Other sections include data analysis, complete with a stock replenishment section that allows for replenishment planning based on historical sales data. Outputs are presented in dashboard format to improve visibility and decision making.

About this project

This dashboard gives insight into the main operational KPIs for the Zambian intercity bus logistics business. It provides insight on revenue, number of trips, trip durations, and station fees by route and by bus. Additionally, maintenance costs per bus are included to ease the process of root cause analysis when needed.

The model is two-dimensional, showing the magnitude of these KPIs over time. This is great for showing the company's growth, especially to important stakeholders and would-be investors. It also flags danger in the case that the company may be performing below previously achieved levels.
